Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist position answers all incoming telephone calls according to company policies regarding all questions related to vehicle inventory. Maintain new and used vehicle inventory files, including titles and manufacturers statement of origin. Process new andused inventory related transactions.

This position answers to directly to the Office Manager/Accounting Manager.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Maintain new andused vehicle inventory files.
  • Process new andused inventory transactions.
  • Address telephone calls or emails related to inventory.
  • Filing
  • Support staff.

Additional physical requirements, moving about Dealership, sitting six to eight hours per shift bending, stretching, lifting (30 lbs.), reaching, climbing.  Using office equipment consistent with industry standards.
